Vaadi Foods started with a simple observation: the best saffron, almonds, walnuts and honey in India grow in the Kashmir valley — yet by the time they reach a shop shelf, they have passed through so many hands that nobody can say what is really in the pack.

So we buy directly from growers. Saffron from the karewa fields of Pampore. Mamra almonds from the orchards of Shopian. Raw forest honey from Kishtwar. Walnuts and dry fruits from across the valley. No middlemen, no mixing, no polishing, no added colour or oil.

Every product on this site is what the harvest was. Our saffron is GI-tagged Kashmir saffron — the only GI-tagged saffron in the world. Our honey is raw and unheated. Our almonds are the oil-rich Mamra variety, not the regular kind.
